Our Fine Dining and Table Manners Programme is designed to equip children, youth, and adults with the confidence and skills to dine gracefully in both social and professional settings.

For children and young participants, the programme focuses on developing good table habits, polite eating behavior, proper use of cutlery, napkin etiquette, respectful conversation at the table, and overall dining discipline. This helps them build strong foundations in manners and self-presentation from an early age.

For youth and adults, the programme extends to professional and business dining etiquette, including understanding formal table settings, correct use of cutlery and glassware, appropriate ordering, hosting and guest behavior, and effective table communication with clients and business partners.

Through guided demonstrations, practical simulations, and role-play exercises, participants learn how to sit confidently, place and use table items correctly, handle mistakes gracefully, and maintain poise throughout a meal.

Participants are also trained on proper placement of napkins, plates, cutlery, and glassware, as well as how to identify and use water, wine, and beverage glasses appropriately in formal dining settings.

At the end of the programme, participants are able to attend family dinners, social events, corporate lunches, and formal banquets with confidence, elegance, and professionalism, presenting themselves and their organizations with class and distinction.
