Front Desk & Customer Service Excellence
This training is designed for front desk officers, receptionists, customer service representatives, and all client-facing staff who represent an organization’s first impression. Participants will learn how to interact professionally, confidently, and courteously with clients across in-person engagements, phone conversations, and digital platforms such as social media and messaging channels (e.g., Instagram and WhatsApp).
The program is practical and etiquette-focused, equipping participants with the skills needed to handle enquiries, complaints, and daily interactions calmly, respectfully, and in a way that reflects the organisation’s brand values.
